Due to ongoing losses, Leslie Thompson has decided to clear out its inventory at a loss. Currently, all wall clocks are being sold at discounted prices to clear out remaining stock. Despite this clearance sale, we remain committed to providing fair and transparent returns and refunds. Please carefully read the following policy before requesting a return or refund.
I. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be approved.
II. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The item is in its original condition and has not been damaged by the customer;
The item has not been improperly used, modified, or disassembled;
The item comes with its original packaging and accessories;
Valid order information or proof of purchase can be provided.
The following may not qualify for a return:
Items that have exceeded the return period;
Items damaged due to improper customer use;
Items damaged by the customer, intentionally damaged, or abnormally worn;
Items missing major accessories or packaging.
III. Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Goods
If you receive goods that:
The goods are damaged;
The goods have obvious quality problems;
The wrong goods were received;
Please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the goods and provide relevant photos or supporting documents. After verification, we will assist in arranging a return, exchange, or refund.
IV. Return Application Process
When applying for a return, please provide:
Order number;
Name of the person who placed the order;
Description of the problem;
Photos of the goods.
After review and confirmation, we will provide you with further return guidance.
Goods returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
V. Refund Processing
Once the returned goods are inspected and confirmed to meet the refund conditions, we will begin processing the refund.
Refund arrival time: Within 3 business days.
The refund will be returned to your payment account using the original payment method.
VI. Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues, transportation damage, or incorrect goods shipped, we may bear the relevant return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as changing purchase intention, selecting the wrong style, etc.), return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer.
VII. Order Cancellation
If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer can apply to cancel the order.
If the order has entered the shipping process or has already been shipped, it will be processed according to the normal return process.
VIII. Refund Amount
For orders that meet the refund conditions, the refund amount usually includes:
The purchase price of the goods;
Relevant fees as stipulated by policy.
If the goods are damaged by human error, missing accessories, or do not meet the return conditions, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly or rejected.
IX. Special Notes
Due to our clearance sale, some items have limited stock. If, after receiving and approving the return, the same item is no longer in stock, we may not be able to arrange an exchange and can only process a refund.
